This group's tomb in the cloister of San Jacopo sopr'Arno bears strong resemblance to another in the adjacent loggia, but Rosselli did not link them with the same group. Unfortunately no color notes were provided to discern whether they in fact represent the same lineage or two different ones, though it is quite likely they belong together. Until further evidence is found, they remain here as two separate groups.

Notes

  • [a] Stefano Rosselli indexed this group's tomb under the patronym, which he suggests was eventually used as a surname. The ASFi copyist followed suit but added a second tomb in S. Felicità that carried no arms, so cannot be definitively identified as belonging to the same group.
