[a] Piero was elected to represent the Santo Spirito quarter to the Dodici buonuomini on December 11th, 1352.
[b] Piero was elected for the first time to the priorate on April 28th, 1355.
[c] Piero was elected on August 29th, 1356 to represent the Nicchio gonfalone.
[d] Piero was elected to represent the Santo Spirito quarter to the Dodici buonuomini again on December 12th, 1366
[e] Piero Guicciardini was elected Gonfaloniere di Giustizia on October 29th, 1367
[f] Piero's death date was rendered according to the old Florentine calendar in his tomb's inscription. He likely was buried on or slightly after March 22nd, 1370 with the tomb slab dating shortly thereafter.
[g] messer Piero spent his early career in Chiarenza, Morea, and Naples, but his permanent residence was in the parish where he endowed a family chapel and tomb.
