Deo Optimo Maximo. Americus Antellensis Iohannis filius erexit anno MCCCLX. Ludovicus Gonzaga Marchio Mantuae annuentibus dominis transtulit MCCCCLXXV. Donatus Bartoli filius auxit ornavit dotem dixit sibi et consanguineis posuit anno MDC.

Translation

To God, the best, the greatest. Amerigo dell'Antella son of Giovanni erected [a chapel] in the year 1360. Lodovico Gonzaga Marquis of Mantua transformed [it] with the owners assenting in 1475. Donato son of Bartolo enlarged and decorated it, declared the intention of giving an endowment, and set it up for himself and for his kinsmen in the year 1600.
