Sepulcrum filiorum et descendentium egregii militis Domini Bartholomei de Panciatichis, qui hanc Cappellam fecit fieri et dotavit, et Gioannes eius filius fecit hoc sepulcrum MCCCCXXX eorum animae requiescant in pace

Translation

The tomb of the sons and descendants of the distinguished knight messer Bartolomeo from the Panciatichi family, who caused this chapel to be created and endowed it, and Giovanni his son made this tomb in 1430, may their souls rest in peace.
