[a] Construction of the Palazzo della Signoria in 1298 resulted in the destruction of a chapel and the north aisle was lost in 1410 when the street between it and the palace was widened.
[b] The church and a small cemetery was incorporated into the new ducal offices (palazzo delle Magistrature, better known as gli Uffizi) built by Giorgio Vasari for Grand Duke Cosimo I de' Medici.
