The Priorista Mariani did not draw the arms of the prior Amadore di Ridolfo and his son Ridolfo d'Amadore, but did describe them as having an unspecified number of balls divided by a horizontal band. The Priorista cites Buonarroti indicating the presence of a tomb in Santa Maria Maggiore carrying these arms and the name of Amadore's father, but it must have disappeared by the seventeenth century because neither Francesca della Foresta nor Stefano Rosselli mention it in their sepoltuari.
