This group is known through the notary Ser Chiaro del maestro Neri medico, whom Giuseppe Matursi has identified as hailing from Marcialla in Valdelsa and resident in the parish of San Felice in the Oltrarno sesto. Ser Chiaro did not include his toponym on his tomb, and so the family is registered here as without a surname.
