Lorenzo Mariani, or more likely Giovanni Battista Dei, indexed a tomb in San Martino a Gangalandi with the Dini of Florence whose coat of arms bore an uprooted tree and the motto Libertas. However, there does not seem to be anyone by the name of Lorenzo in that lineage. More research is needed to identify his family. Last updated 4 May 2026.
