The Libro dei defunti indicates that Lorenzo was buried in the tomb belonging to Felice da Urbino and suggests that his family was in the process of making their own tomb. However, he was the only Borsi ever buried in the Badia and no family tomb was ever installed. It remains unclear to which Borsi lineage he belonged.
