[a] A record in the Carte Dei dated 1 August 1701 (fol. 26v) attests to the marriage of Simone di Niccolò di Giuntino Giuntini, fornaio, raising questions about whether he was in fact a lanaiolo as stated on a family tree (fol. 14v).
[b] A family tree in the Carte Dei (fol. 14v) notes that Simone was a lanaiolo like his father and ancestors.
[c] Simone's wedding was officiated at San Lorenzo in 1592 and he was buried there in 1632. However, at the time of his marriage, he was recorded as of the parish of San Simone.
