Translation

To God, the best and greatest. For Antonio di Marabottino de Rustici, the greatest father, Marabotto, Giovanni Battista, and Leonardo his pious sons, placed [this tomb] for themselves and their descendants. He lived 67 years. He died on the nones of May 1528 [i.e. May 7th, 1528]
