Donato de Antella Nicolai filio Philippi nepoti, in sacro Domini Stephani ordine priori Pistorii, senatori demum sacerdoti templi huius aedili eius iussu et patrimonii censu in honorem Beatae Mariae Virginis et Beati Manetti Gentilis sui tholo depicto exornatoque et septem sacellis appositis Antellensium insignibus plastico opere picturis crustaque marmoris exterius ornatis curatores hereditatis ex testamento posuerunt anno MDCCII.
Obiit pridie idus Ianuarii MDCLXVI aetatis suae LXIX

Translation

For Donato dell'Antella son of Niccolò grandson of Filippo, prior of Pistoia in the holy order of Saint Stephen, senator of the people, priest of this church, sacristan of it, by his order and with the property of his estate in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary and of the Blessed Manetto of his clan with the rotunda having been painted and embellished and with the coat of arms of the del Antella having been put on seven chapels having been decorated externally with sculpted work, paintings, and inlay of marble, the executors of the inheritance out of his testament erected [this tomb] in the year 1702. He died on the day before the Ides of January 1666 [January 12] of his age 69.
