A(nno) D(omini) MDLXXI. Altare in altum et marmor in terris Alaman(n)us Paccius de Florentia, alterum pro devotione, alterum pro sepoltura, sibi filio heredibusque erexit posuit elegit.

Anno Domini MDLXXI. Altare in altum et marmor in terris Alamannus Paccius de Florentia, alterum pro devotione, alterum pro sepoltura, sibi filio heredibusque erexit posuit elegit.

Translation

In the year of the Lord 1571. Alamanno Pazzi of Florence raised an altar above, and placed a tomb in the earth, he chose one for devotion, the other for burial, for himself, his son, and his heirs.
