Translation

Ser Biagio Mazzocchi son of Bernarbuccio, citizen of the Florentine republic, and shining from the top of the priory in the year 1385 in the cloister of this temple, he took care that a tomb be placed for himself and his descendants, that following veneration of the church Bernardo Mazzocchi son of Antonio raised this box for himself and for his children in the year 1596.
