Translation

The family stemma of the noble del Garbo family, or of the Salamoni. Which belonging to the tomb had been placed in the new chapter room of the monks themselves, Niccolò di Simone di Pietro and Francesco Maria di M. Stefano knight of Baccio cousins and sons of the Garbo cultivating afresh their ancestral memorial and looking out for the convenience of the monastery, saw that it be transported in this place in the year 1648.
