To Niccolò di Antonio Rovai, a man of distinguished integrity in the conduct of legal affairs, and to Marietta di Paolo Canacci, his most upright wife, their son Paolo Antonio placed this monument. By full lawful right he established the resting place and ordered it to be granted, piously shared with his paternal uncle Raphael and the future descendants of the Rovai family.
