Diplomatic Transcription

Sepulcrum ante cubitos sex, ubi anuli ferrei sub pavimento situm Alexandri de Pecoris posteritati Maiores extruxere. Ut Posteri noscant Petrus Franciscus filius titulum posuit. Anno MDCVIIII

Translation

The tomb located six cubits before, where there are rings of iron, the ancestors of Alessandro from the Pecori family had constructed below the floor for posterity. So that future generations may know, Piero the son of Francesco placed this inscription in the year 1609.
