[a] Stefano Rosselli reported that the tomb slab was quite magnificent (assai magnifico).
[b] Rosselli reports that while the altar carried del Rosso arms impaled with other families, the tomb carried the del Rosso arms alone.
[c] According to CEI, the monument was installed in the first months of 1617, or 1616 according to the old-style Florentine calendar as inscribed on the tomb.
