[a] Stefano Rosselli noted that after the tomb of Betto Buonaccorsi (no. 28), tombs continued inside the space to the west of the crypt's main corridor in a room where the Compagnia del Loreto, or Compagnia di Santa Maria di Loreto (active 1584–1785), had formerly held its meetings.
