[a] Entry 58 in the thirteenth-century section of the 1439 sepoltuario has clearly been erased and rewritten, raising the possibility that the tomb belonged to ser Francesco long after 1298, but still before 1439.
[b] Mona Giovanna was claimed in her son's household 1427 portata but was struck through as dead in the campione filed with catasto officials. If her son had acquired his tomb in Santa Croce by that point, it is possible she was buried there. However, she may also have been buried in her parish of S. Lucia dei Magnoli or in Castelfiorentino where the family owned quite a few properties.
