  • [a] Given the similarity of the arms to the Marsili family, which had a chapel and another tomb in their parish church of S. Jacopo, Rosselli guessed that this tomb also belonged to the family. Giovanni di Coppo was a member of the Marsili family, further confirming Rosselli's speculation.
