  • [a] After the destruction of the monastery of San Benedetto fuori a Porta a Pinti during the siege of Florence, Lorenzo Monaco's Coronation of the Virgin was brought to the Angeli. When Stefano Rosselli composed his sepoltuario in the 1650s, it was on the right-hand wall of the Alberti chapel.
