  • [a] The date on the Macigni tomb of 1371 indicates that they had patronage rights by that year. According to the Catalogo generale, the family died out in the 18th century and rights passed first to the Raú and then to the dall'Oste families.
  • [b] Father Prospeo Bernardi rededicated the chapel to the Blessed Giovacchino Piccolomini and installed a new altarpiece in his honor by Dandini.
