  • [a] Stefano Rosselli reported that the inscription plaque was above the coat of arms on the chapel's entrance arch, too high for him to make out.
  • [b] Stefano Rosselli recognized the arms as similar in form to those of the Asini family, who lived in the quarter of Santa Croce, home to the church of Sant'Apollinare.
