[a] This chapel is mentioned in a family tree showing the relationships of the Tedaldi, Lenzi, and Marzichi families kept in the Carte Mariani Dei. It does not seem to be in Rosselli's sepoltuario but may be the altar that carried arms with a rampant, bicolor bull though the Lenzi to which the chapel's patron belonged showed a gold bull's head on a blue ground.
