  • [a] In 1545 the church came under the auspices of the Misericordia at which time modernization of the interior was undertaken, possibly including the renovation of the high altar under the patronage of the Borghini family.
  • [b] The church was completely renovated in 1732 only to be suppressed in 1786 and converted to a private residence. Today the building is part of the Misericordia clinic.
