Though the Priorista Mariani only lists one prior for this family, Chimenti di Amerigo di Bartolo Grasso in 1482, an Amerigo di Chimenti del Grasso was elected in 1486, not to be confused with the first prior's son Chimenti, who was born in 1478. The relationship of these two men is unclear, and it is odd that the Priorista omitted the second priorate.
