[a] Acciaiolo di Riccomanno Acciaioli is the common ancestor of the owners noted in the 1439 sepoltuario, the fourth cousins Adouardo di Lodovico and Dardano di Michele Acciaioli. If Acciaiolo was the tomb's patron, it would have been among the earliest established at Santa Croce, given that his sons Tingo and Guidalotto lived between the 1260s and 1290s.
