[a] Ser Niccolò Ghini drew up Puccio's will in 1361. His records do not seem to survive.
[b] Puccio di Carletto was elected to represent the Leon Rosso district to the Sixteen on April 28th, 1352
[c] The tomb that honored Puccio and his brother, and Lapo di Rinuccino, presumably a cousin, may have been set up around the time that Puccio drew up his testament. The tombstones at San Pancrazio were removed in 1883.
[d] Puccio served this district in the Tre Maggiori, and his son Brancazio claimed this parish as his residence in his testament of 1379, presumably from what had been his father's house.
