For Alfonso Quistelli da Mirandola, jurist of the Podestà, four terms in office, and lastly, in his old age, advisor and fiscal manager of the most illustrious duke Cosimo de'Medici of Florence. Giulia, his wife, and his children, mourning, placed this tomb. He died on the day before the ides of February 1563. He lived for 55 years ... months ... days.
