  • [a] Though the tomb slab carries the date of Schiattesi's death in 1423, it does not appear in either the 1439 or 1441 sepoltuari. It is described in the 1596 sepoltuario, indicating its completion by then, most likely in the middle decades of the fifteenth century. Pines dated the slab ca. 1440 while Iacopino places it between 1450 and 1470.
