  • [a] Rosselli describes this marker as a large, modern, oval chiusino carrying no marks but between the two marble water fonts that carried the arms of the Soderini, a description too vague to ensure whether the tomb was installed by and/or for the Soderini or was for the use of the parish, which seems more likely given the Soderini family's habit of emblazoning their donations.
