  • [a] While the sepoltuario mentions an inscription, it does not transcribe it.
  • [b] The Corsini family arms on the bishop's throne suggests that it was installed at the time that S. Andrea Corsini was bishop in Fiesole. It was still in the cappella maggiore behind the high altar when the ASFi copyist, likely Giovanni Battista Dei, compiled his sepoltuario of the cathedral. It may have remained there until the 1883 restoration.
