Lapi

Rosselli indexed four tombs in two Oltrarno churches under the name "Lapi in S. Spirito," but inconsistencies among them suggest that they were at least two, if not four, distinct groups.

This group’s tomb in Santo Spirito carried only an inscription and no arms. The ablative form "de Lapis” makes clear that Lapi was this family’s surname.
