da Ghiacceto, Lapo (ser) di Bonamico (da Firenze) a

Description

The tomb in Santa Croce memorializing ser Lapo di Bonamico likely belonged to the notary identified by Mastursi (no. 1555) as ser Iacobus Buonamici, who lived in the sesto San Pier Scheraggio in between 1288 and 1294. Though his descandants would come to use the toponym "da Ghiacceto / da Diacceto" as a surname, ser Lapo did not.
