Notes

[a] In 1717, Giovanni Battista Foggini undertook a major renovation of the church of Sant'Ambrogio which included the enlargement of the nuns' choir. According to Giovanni di Poggio Baldovinetti in his annotated copy of Stefano Rosselli's sepoltuario, the Zati coat of arms was removed from above the Chapel. After the family protested, a new coat of arms and inscription were installed.
