Notes

  • [a] Gianpaolo's mother did not claim his age in her 1427 catasto declaration, but he was her youngest child and could not have been born much before 1414.
  • [b] Gianpaolo had died by the time he was drawn to serve the Bue district in the Sixteen on December 28th, 1468.
  • [c] It is quite likely that Giampaolo was buried in the Santa Croce cemetery tomb identified as for him and his brothers. He was certainly dead by December 28th, 1468, but gravedigger records could confirm both his burial date and location.
  • [d] The Priorista put the family in this parish, and Gianpaolo served this district in the priorate.
