Notes

  • [a] According to the Priorista Mariani, Francesco was sent as ambassador to Piombino, but no date was provided for this service.
  • [b] The sources note that a "Francesco d'Alamanno Alamanni" was heir to the tomb from 1440. However, there is no one by that name in the Alamanni family trees. This may have been an erroneous notation for Francesco di Piero Alamanni, whose heirs would create a new tomb for him in the sixteenth century out of pieces of an old tomb, likely that set up by their ancestor Benincasa d'Alamanno Alamanni in the church crypt.
