[a] Given that Filippo's name is on the tomb, and that his brother and fellow commissioner Francesco, as well as his wife Lisabetta, are buried in the tomb, there is no reason to doubt that he was buried in it as well. Study of gravedigger records would likely provide the exact date of death and burial.
